How FFL Transfers Work

Falco Firearms holds a Federal Firearms License. Transferring your firearm through us gives you peace of mind that all local, state, and federal laws have been followed.

We receive your firearm

Drop it off with us, or have it shipped to our FFL from anywhere in the USA.

Background check

We run the Colorado-required background check on the recipient.

Pickup & transfer

The recipient picks up the firearm and completes the change of ownership.

Paperwork filed

We complete and file all required federal and state paperwork.

Nationwide transfers: $35 per transfer plus actual shipping costs. Additional charge for packing materials may apply.
